1. Bring the Vision
Come to us with your idea, theme, or character — the wilder, the better. We’re not a pick-it-off-the-rack costume store. Everything we do is about building a unique look that fits you and your event.
Our artists will help you brainstorm, pull pieces, and design something unforgettable.
2. Deposit Required
Before we start pulling costumes or fitting pieces, we require a deposit.
This deposit:

Protects our artists’ time (they work on commission).

Goes toward your final rental or purchase total.
No deposit, no fittings, no exceptions. It’s how we keep things fair for everyone.
3. Costume Assembly & Fittings
Once your deposit is in, we start crafting your look. Depending on your needs, that might mean a mix of vintage, handmade, and rental pieces. We’ll schedule fittings and finalize details as we go.
4. Rental Period & Returns

Rentals are due by the agreed return date (no “I forgot” texts, please).

Late returns rack up daily fees — don’t make us chase you.

Damaged or missing items are charged replacement cost, so treat our pieces with care.
